Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Tracking Your Order

If tracking shows no movement after several days, contact us and we’ll help you out.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

FlowState Syndicate is not responsible for:

  • Packages marked as delivered but not received

  • Incorrect addresses provided at checkout

  • Delays caused by shipping carriers

If your order arrives damaged, reach out to us within 48 hours with photos and your order number so we can assist you.

Incorrect Address Policy

Customers are responsible for entering the correct address at checkout.
If you made a mistake, contact us immediately — we can’t guarantee changes after an order has been processed.
