Returns & Exchanges Policy — FlowState Syndicate

At FlowState Syndicate, we want you to love your gear. If something isn’t right, we’ll do our best to make it right.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return:

  • Item must be unused, unworn, and unwashed
  • Item must be in its original packaging
  • You must provide proof of purchase or order number

Non-returnable items:

  • Clearance or final-sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Items marked “non-returnable”

Exchanges

Need a different size or color? No problem.

We offer exchanges within 30 days of delivery.
Items must meet the same conditions as returns.

If the item you want is out of stock, we’ll issue store credit or a refund — your choice.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your returned item reaches us.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the item/problem

We’ll fix it ASAP.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll be notified by email.
Approved refunds are automatically issued to your original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for funds to process depending on your bank.
